A continuation of the Love Live! idol phenomenon, by Sunrise (anime 2016–2018): Chika Takami and her eight schoolmates form the group Aqours to save their seaside school in Uchiura from closing. Unlike the original's Akihabara, this story faithfully portrays the port city of Numazu and Uchiura Bay (Shizuoka), today one of Japan's biggest idol-pilgrimage destinations.
